ONE-TO-ONE
TRAINING
This is a 60 minute session with one of our exercise
specialists that will include an in-depth training session,
concentrating on, flexibility, strength, endurance,
and aerobic power, movement and coordination. All One-to-One
clients will be supervised to ensure continuity and
effectiveness.
CUSTOMIZED
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Each client has an individualized program designed specifically
to meet your goals. Our exercise specialist will integrate
all areas of expertise, delivering the finest one-on-one
care available. Exercise specialists are committed to
helping clients reach their goals the motivation &
support needed to guarantee results.
FITNESS
EVALUATIONS
An in-depth variety of fitness tests to ensure safe
and effective results. Each client will be administered
a comprehensive array of fitness tests including body
composition, sub max stress test, muscular strength
and endurance test, flexibility test and, if necessary
a musculoskeletal evaluation. Fitness assessments last
approximately 60 minutes.
